What happens when my 30-day free trial ends?
If you haven't added a payment method, you're automatically downgraded to the Free plan (up to 6 clients, no add-on modules). Add a card during the trial at any point to stay on Pro with all your data and settings intact.
Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?
No. You can start your trial without one, and we'll only prompt for payment details before the trial ends if you want to continue on a paid plan.
Can I switch plans or add modules mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, add or remove modules, change between monthly and annual billing, or add users and locations at any time. Changes are pro-rated on your next invoice.
Do you offer discounts for NHS, charities or education?
Enterprise plans are bespoke. NHS Trusts, registered charities, universities and education providers can get in touch via Contact us, and we'll work out the right shape and price together.
Are there setup or migration fees?
No setup fees on standard plans, and no migration fees if you're moving across from another platform. Enterprise rollouts may include onboarding services priced separately, always agreed up front in writing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. You can export your full client list, clinical notes, programmes and outcomes in standard formats at any time, free of charge. After cancellation we keep your data available during a grace period before secure deletion, so you can come back if you change your mind.
Are there cancellation fees or notice periods?
No cancellation fees on standard plans. You can cancel at any time. Your plan continues to run for the rest of its current term (the month if you're on monthly billing, the year if you're on annual) and then doesn't renew. Enterprise contracts may have agreed terms, but those are negotiated in writing upfront and never buried.
Is the patient app really free?
Yes, for your patients and for you. The Rehab Guru patient app (iOS and Android) is included on every paid plan, with no per-patient charges and no caps on patient count.
What's the difference between RGai and RGai Plus?
RGai is our AI clinical assistant for exercise prescription and clinical guidance. RGai Plus extends that with transcription, summarisation and treatment-note integration, and only appears in the configurator when you have the Treatment Notes module switched on.
Can I take card payments through Rehab Guru?
Yes, via Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees apply; Rehab Guru never adds a markup on top. Other payment and billing partners (Effra for direct debit, others) work the same way: you pay the partner's own fee and nothing extra from us.
How does VAT work for non-UK customers?
Prices on this page exclude VAT. The configurator applies VAT based on your selected country at checkout (20% in the UK, rates vary by country, some markets are VAT-exempt). We register where required and handle the paperwork.
Do you sign custom contracts and SLAs?
Yes, for Enterprise. We routinely sign bespoke Service Level Agreements, Data Processing Agreements and information governance agreements with NHS Trusts, MoD, large groups and other enterprise clients. Start that conversation via any Contact us button on this page.
