Over the past few years, Rehab Guru has evolved considerably. What began as a platform focused primarily on rehabilitation professionals has grown into a comprehensive system supporting entire clinics with their day-to-day operations. As our product has expanded, so too has the scope of the problems we help solve.
When Rehab Guru was first launched, our core audience was rehabilitation professionals seeking a better way to deliver exercise programmes and manage patient care. Since then, we have introduced and refined a wide range of features that support the operational and administrative needs of full clinics and multi-disciplinary teams.
Our recent updates, such as enhanced team functionality and global appointment types, demonstrate this shift. These tools are designed not just for individual practitioners, but for organisations coordinating multiple clinicians, locations and services. Increasingly, our users rely on the platform as a central system for managing appointments, documentation, communication and clinic workflows.
The name “Rehab Guru” no longer fully represents the breadth of what the platform offers. “Clinic Guru” better reflects our direction: a complete clinic management system that supports practitioners across disciplines, not solely within rehabilitation.
For existing users, there will be no disruption to your service. Your data, subscriptions and workflows will remain unchanged throughout the transition. The migration to the new domain and branding will be managed carefully and communicated clearly at each stage.
Over time, you will begin to see references to Clinic Guru alongside Rehab Guru, followed by a gradual shift in branding. Our intention is to complete the full rollout of the new name and visual identity during 2026.
While the name is evolving, our core mission is not. We remain committed to providing reliable, clinically robust tools that simplify your work and help your clinic operate efficiently. The same team, the same support, and the same focus on continuous improvement will carry forward under the new identity.
This change marks an important milestone in our journey. It reflects the trust you have placed in us and the ways in which your needs have shaped the product over time.

Combining a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation, an MSc in Information Capability Management and hands-on experience, he provides a unique perspective on the integration of technology and healthcare.
